Question for those no more about track geometry than I.

Is there a reason why MTH does not produce Real Trax curves in an O-63 radius?  Or Scale Trax for that matter? This results in a huge gap from 54” to 72”.  Lionel’s Fastrack, probably due to the wide integrated roadbed, has curves at 12-inch centers (36-48-60-72, etc) while Atlas O – no roadbed – has curves at 9-inch centers (27-36-45-54-63-72).  Real Trax (10-11 inches) and GarGraves (9-12) have varying center measurements. Is there some unwritten rule in O Gauge that regardless of their minimum radius that all track makes need to have an O-72 curve in their inventory?
