Purchased at a local train show. I cannot find the switch for forward only etc. on the underside of the engine. Is it some other place on the engine.

I don't do conventional much, but my yet-to-be-upgraded Wms EP-5 has no such switch. I just looked (my, that loco has gotten dusty...) Not all locos had/have these e-unit lockout switches.
ERR command/cruise upgrade would be an easy project in one of these...would run a lot better...just sayin'.
No switch. Depending on the version of the reverse board, a lockout switch can be added.
My units do not have such a switch.
