Alan,

Thanks very much. I'll probably do as you recommend but was hoping for an option I could buy with teeny tiny blinds or shades. Some of my HO buildings (used for forced perspective) do come this way. Such detail that you can see the shade's center pull string and finger loop.  And you can the blinds' individual horizontal strips. For a building in the foreground, I thought this would be a nice touch.

John - your windows (and street - where did you get the cobblestone look?!) look great.  I'll head over to Home Depot or Lowes and see about the paint cards. Can't recall ever seeing any with those thin stripes but will check. In terms of the clear window material, I might as well just cut up one of my 4mil Mylar sleeves in which I store some of my vintage comic book collection.  Mylar is archival so unlike plastic, it will never yellow and it is very stiff.

Thanks.

Mike, thanks. I saw this before posting and wasn't sure about it because the pic is so small it was hard to tell if they looked good (real) or cartoony. Looks like you have some.  The curtains and blinds - are they realistic? Can't really tell from the pics but the flowers seem cartoony.  Also, no dimensions given, so not sure if they'd fit into an MTH building.  The building I'm fiddling with has 3 different height Windows.  Thanks again.

Was hoping to get some with window treatments (blinds or curtains). Checks woodland scenics and scenic express and didn't see any. Does anyone have any advice where I can acquire some?  Thanks. Peter

Branchline Laser Arts sells window treatment sheets - part # 770

Never even heard of these guys. They have some nice kits too.  Thanks for the ref.
