What is the difference between their static flock and grass?

Turf, grass, underbrush, foliage, lichen etc one simply pure onto the layout. You can build up layers but they essentially go on 'flat'. Anything with 'static' in the name needs a static applicator to apply and will be a product that stands up due to the applied static electricity.
