No, the Museum is open, primarily for the benefit of TCA members and their families the Wednesday before the York Meet, but you would have the ability to attend the manufacturers' presentations.
Well, heck, I live 2 hours from Strasburg. I am gonna have to buzz on up the road in October just for the fun of it. What time do those presentation normally begin?
The only thing is if your not a TCA member I think you have to pay to get in.

This week, it was from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

On the day of the presentations (Wednesday before York), the museum is open to the public & TCA members (no charge). It is their open house.
