Is there a list of vendors attending York and/or a map available to locate them printed by the TCA or on their website?

They always update it in plenty of time to print it out and take it with you before the start of the upcoming meet.

It doesn't change a whole lot from meet to meet. Check back about a week before York and it is usually changed by then (if there are any changes).

Andy is correct. There generally are very few changes in locations from one meet to the next, and the dealer hall maps are posted closer to the event date so they are as up-to-date as possible.
If you're planning your "route" though the halls at this point, you're getting too anxious. There's still plenty of time for that. 
I would expect the April 2012 maps to be put up next week [maybe even later this week!]... The October 2011 maps are still up on the Eastern Div. site currently...
New Hall map for April is up.
