I connected everything according to the diagrams provided. The lights flash; the bell sounds but the gates do not go down.
"If crossings do not actuate, momentarily touch BLUE wires to Black wires." -OUTCOME: Did not work.
"Use RED indicator LED in base to align the pair of crossings so IR LED points to SENSOR. When the IR LED and SENSOR are aligned, the RED Indicator LED will go out." -OUTCOME: The RED Indicator LED did not go out. I don't see light from the IR LED.
I bought this set a while ago "new". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
