Got a great deal at an antiques mall.

Placed a new power chord. Tested ZW out on volt meter. So far so good. Right main handle is a bit higher  voltage output wise, would that be cause for alarm? ( I don’t run electronic gizmos, just postwar engines and accessories). Speaking of alarming, I  did check the circuit breaker, all four position shorts  auto click/ click reset. But No alert (red ) light to see! Yes the bulb is good.
Might someone here know why this happens?

Not sure if these tell a story. Sorry the photos are not the sharpest (neither is the photographer)  Anyway, thanks for looking. pictures can be enlarged.
a future roller replacement will be done. Right now they are ok to use.

I noticed that the plastic top  cover did not close or sit flush without lining up one of the lamp holder assemblies. It was a tiny bit off center. Needed it to move center and line up  make the cover flush closed.
