Its a brewery. It came to me in a dream. 
Just when I thought it was safe for the week another hint is dropped. I thought I could get through this week with cash in pocket for York. If it could be a remote possibility that it will be the long sought after beer brewery I'll do a cannon ball in for it. However if it is a industrial building I'll swan dive for that. All I have to do is find a proxy to get it for me because when it is announced I'll be in York with no way to order it. So I am pleading ahead of time...... show restraint in ordering it and please leave one for me to buy when I get back home LOL...................Paul

Paul, no offense buddy but I think your swan dive and cannon ball are the same thing....see at York in a few days. Hopefully you have been resting up because I plan on using these young legs to beat you to all the deals again. Don't worry I will still let you come over and see what you could have gotten on my layout.
Bryan your legs may be younger and faster but with age comes wisdom. I have already pre ordered my things and all have been set aside for me. Now I can just have fun buying up the things you want LOL And just for the record there is a difference in dives. It is all in the arms...........LOL..........Paul

It's on an angle so it's a vent sitting on a pitched roof. Do breweries have pitched roofs?

It could be that the camera was held on an angle making it looked like it is on pitch.
It could also be a sublinal message of a unique sales pitch....

Depends how much product sampling you've done.
The flag is a dead give away. It's the American Beer Brewery which also has a pitched roof.

Nice building in a not so nice neighborhood, got to be a government building or a historic building, or some company thought it would be nice to redevelop it.

Actually John it's the old American Brewery building in Baltimore. Here's what it looked like in 1931.

If Menards did the Leinenkugel brewery, they could do a fleet of Leinie boxes/reefers. It would be as popular as those Natty Bo boxcars that were specialed a few years ago, and now are astronomical on secondary markets. Buy them for $19.99...sell them for hundreds.

The roof looks pitched depending on how many brews you've had before looking at it! LOL I am thinking a hospital to go with the ambulances! Final answer!
Just thinking ( which I should not do ) that with all our guesses there are only two people that know what will really be unveiled on Thursday. That is Mark and Cabinet BOB. Guys like myself, MIKE G and PLAYTRAINS and all the rest of us just go through the motions of knowing what it could be or what we hope it might be. That does not keep me from coming back again and again trying to guess. And once it has been announced I'll be pondering the teasers and clues for next week.......................Paul
