Got 3 tubs of goodies already packed up for the trip to Strasburg; kits and stuff and about 10 cars out of my own collection that have elected to look for new homes.

When did I change my name from Baldwin Forge & Machine to Baldwin Loco and Foundry?  I actually have a forge for some blacksmith work (non train related) but other than occassionaly pouring some lead (horror!) weights, I do no foundry work.

I gave some thought to purchasing K&D Castings from Dennis Mashburn last year but realized I would never have the time to pursue this venture properly so I opted out.

Looking forward to the show, seeing everyone and the great lunch not necessarily in that order of importance.

To new forum members reading this thread, nobody, but nobody, does 3rail to 2 rail conversions like my friend Joe.I am proud to say I have 42 fine examples. His work area looks like a hospital operating room-spotless.

I suspect CRS syndrone is creeping up on him these days.

Perhaps.  I can confirm that Dave Richter will not be there according to an e-mail that I got from him.

     The operative word in my participating dealer list was PAID. It has always been our policy not to list a dealer until a check is in hand.

     I will be updating dealer list each evening as warranted.

Marty is correct that our friend Dave Richter will not be joining us until November 16th.

Very glad to see Ron is able to come to Strasburg.  I found Ron's books to have a very broad selection of RR books on just about any railroad company and RR history. 

Ron is a very honest business person.  I remember once he mailed me a cash adjustment when he realized I had overpaid for an item.  Great guy!!  Tom Thorpe
