1995 news article: Lionel sale to Wellspring & Neil Young

I happened across a 1995 news article on the sale of Lionel by Richard Kughn to Wellspring and Neil Young. Thought I'd share it for those interested in Lionel and model train history.

A few things stand out to me:

Lionel's sales tripled during Kughn's nine years of ownership.
Lionel, which then made most of its trains at its Chesterfield, Michigan, factory, had 600 employees at the time.
The article's hook is the involvement of Neil Young.
