2017 / 2019 NYC L3 Mohawk

Hi does anyone know how to go about locating the 2019 version of the NYC Mohawk L3? After viewing the catalogs for both years 2017 & 2019 they have the same model number 20-3690-1. When I do a search on the MTH website the 2017 version pops up.

Also can anyone tell me ilhow the MTH version compares to the Lionel?
