I've wired a new E unit to my 2025. It buzzes but no recycling or movement See pics

The above diagram is more typical of a prewar engine, where the field is reversed. On a post war locomotive, like a 2025, the brushes are reversed. On a post war locomotive the two yellow wires, or on later e units, the yellow and blue wires, go to the two brush holders. One of the field leads should attach to the frame and the other field lead goes to the green e unit wire.
Try this.
Is that green wire attachment going to the field a ground connection or power My motor doesn't have a connection like pictured
The field and brushes are in series. The green wire is power to the field coming from one of the brushes. The e unit puts center rail power into one brush. That goes through the armature coils and comes back out the uther brush, which goes to the field in the green wire. The other end of the field is connected to the motor frame, which is connected to the outside rail.
