#2374 DMY not working - LEGACY F3 A-A DIESEL (PWR #2373, DMY #2374) SKU: 6-34582

My #2374 DMY F-3 stopped working . Number boards light up, but that's it. No Cab lights, no coupler firing, no CAB 1 on/off smoke control (smoke runs continuously when manually switched 'on'). I've attempted multiple reprogramming initiatives - no luck. Any suggestions?
