Pretty nice. Sure could have done without the music. I would rather have heard the sounds of the live steam model instead.

I'll second that. It is obviously remote controlled too. However, I wonder what it burns for fuel, maybe propane? Also, you don't see anybody ever add any water to the boiler; must have an axle drive feedwater pump.

I think the Challenger is more impressive, the Aster is out of the box and on to the tracks. the challenger started out as raw steel and brass, no kits or pre-made parts. I have a 3/4 scale "green Arrow" coal fired. it took a machinist 1000 hours to create. can't imagine how much work went into something like that Challenger.
