What problems did you have with this transformer?
Were there any upgrades that need to be made to this transformer ?

It needed an upgrade chip for Legacy. And there were some issues with plastic brackets inside that were prone to breaking.
Not sure if just the earlier production had these issues or all the production did.
There have been numerous threads on the forum about this set up: I used the one below to diagnose and repair an issue with my set up. This is one of them below, but if you search the OGR forum for Lionel 32930, the others will come up.

I purchased my set up from a forum member 4 years ago, and use all 4 x 180 power bricks to power my layout, 23 x 40 with a 240 foot main line divided into 4 power districts. I only run TMCC and Legacy engines, so I am never use the throttle handles on the ZW-C to adjust track voltage.
