Gorgeous, except for the matresses stuffed between trucks and carbody.

Thanks, guys! Loksound L and 1.5 v miniatronics bulbs everywhere ala Key
Ok am I missing something here? What was wrong with the pilot, the fuel tank/air tanks and the non dynamic brake section?
Just going for the original appearance. Added PD grabs, painted fuel tank and skirts partly black and removed the air hoses from the pilot. Also added steam line, brake lines and coupler cut bar.
I admire guys like Santiago. I get all assembled less handrails, steps, horns, couplers, and often paint, and proceed to the next project. Somebody will have a whole bunch of cast bronze locomotives to finish in about 15 years.
One of the things I always found interesting was while the fuel tanks and the lower 1/2 of the skirts were painted black, the ends of the fuel tanks were painted silver.
Rusty
Santiago,
How easy (or difficult) was it to remove the air hoses from the pilot?
RTR Mark
Mark, they are soldered brass pieces, so it was easy simply apply heat and remove. Be ready to cover the holes and repaint after.
No pictures of the feline supervisor watching and approving your work Santiago?
My girl!!!!
Santiago, beautiful work keep it up you're an inspiration to us all !!
I like the cat.

thanks guys! I love it too! Setting the parameters for the decoder was a bit technical, but it was well worth it.
