The only part I had to replace was the yoke with the metal "barrel". But to do that I had to take apart the part 3rd Rail sent and put the "barrel" in the correct piece I needed. To do that I heated the yoke in a cup of water in the microwave for 1 minute so I could pop the "barrel" in place without damaging the hole in the yoke.
The engine now runs quietly up thru 75 speed steps, before I could barely get up to 50 before I heard chattering. I don't run faster than what 75 steps will produce so that's fine for me.
