Please Allan, we heard the same about the Colts, the same about Denver and the same about New England. A much ballyhooed rookie and 2 seasoned quarterbacks and we still prevailed, the only team Baltimore fans were ever worried about were the Texans and fortunately they didn't quite make it. Still looking to be a good game, my prediction Baltimore 34-28. !!!

I hesitate to tell you folks this, but the locally owned 49s will take this game. 

I guess I'll have to find a 49s train for my layout. 

Who would want a case of natty boh, I have had it and it is horrible. I have tasted some bad beers in my life but NB is close to being the number 1. Jerry brown should ask for a better bet, he has already lost if he accepts that bet. 

There are millions of folks that would beg to differ on your opinion. We always knew you had no taste lol!

And the beer war is escalating:  Flying Dog Brewery in Frederick & Anchor Steam (one of my all time favorites, started by Fritz Maytag) in San Francisco have a bet that the loser brewery will have to pour the other's beer for a week in their tap room.  So should the Ravens actually score (let alone 34 points) more points than SF, at least I will get to try a new beer.  I've been trying to find some Natty Boh but have yet to succeed.

If the Ravens do beat the Niners,  make sure that go to the tap room.  Flying Dog brews some of my favorite bear and draught is even better than the bottle!

I'll go with some Great Lakes Brewing product (they have a Lionel car on one of their offerings at Christmas) and/or may try some of the Rust Belt brews, made locally in the former B&O Station in Youngstown.

I'm not really much of a beer drinker, but make exceptions for events like the Super Bowl and such.  I tend to prefer Scotch, vodka, and red wines.

The Ravens are locally owned by one of the classiest owners in the NFL. Born raised and built his own fortune here in Baltimore. Ravens 31, 49'ers 28.

I'm not positive but I think he plays the same position as the 49ers one does.

Just wanted to make sure I had some Natty B on hand for tomorrow's game. 

Everytime I have to drive to Philly I usually stop in MD to pick up a couple of cases.

Want a Baltimore beer that is actually good?  Try Heavy Seas Loose Canon.  Heavy Seas is a fine brewery.

The Ravens were 8-9 point underdogs in all three games so someone thought all three were better. And in every game the NFL talking heads threw the Ravens under the bus saying they couldn't win but they were wrong too.

I would like to remind you 49ers fans that the Ravens have been the underdog in every playoff game this post-season.  So, the '9ers being a 3-1/2 pt favorite is small potatoes.

This is going to be a close, hard fought game.  So, cinch up your chin straps boys.  It's going to be a bumpy ride.

My fraternity brothers and I tried Natty Boh back in the 70's. Even though we would drink almost anything, we all agreed that it was rotgut. Even worse that Schmidt's!

Did someone say 34 points? We'll try to find you some Natty Boh some how. Not the easy win I was hoping for but at least a couple folks at our party knew CPR just in case!
