As my title says, Mrs. 'Ski and I are looking for an adult oriented (no kids) Christmas dinner train within 250 miles of LI, NY.
Internet search produces nothing - any suggestions?

here are some to check that I recall had dinner trains:
-Check the Essex Steam railroad in Connecticut, I believe they did dinner trains, IDK if they are adult only but given the cost and duration I suspect it is adults.
-The train in New Hope, PA run adult only excursions (they have a wine and tapas one that is like 2 hours, they run other special things as well that are adult only).
-Black River and Western in Flemington, NJ offers a wine train .
-delaware river railroad has a wine trip
-east broad top has service like that but they would be outside your 200 mile limit.
I don't know if they offer them this time of year, most Christmas train rides are going to be family oriented by their very nature I suspect.
I agree. Unless you can find a Wine Train (and I don't think any are running this time of year) you likely will not find an "adult oriented" dinner train. This is the busy time of year for holiday-themed trains which encourage children to ride.
