Some terrific modeling! This is what makes O Scale so appealing - mass.
This view of yard action brings to mind an old article in Model Railroader - a "kickable" boxcar. The article described building a boxcar with a flywheel, shaft and chain drive connection to one of the truck axles. A locomotive would shove it, then cut off, and the car would roll for a long time, due to the flywheel.......ala, the prototype! Something like this would be a neat product if made commercially. Any interest?
