......thought it was a prototype photo at first !
I've enjoyed this thread as my favorite railroads are the Boston and Maine and Maine Central. I'd like to thank you guys for sharing pics and vids of your B&M/MEC collections. I just finished getting my collection out of storage and on to shelves. Most items are MTH with a smattering of Atlas, Weaver, and Lionel. No layout yet, but I've almost finished planning it and expect to start construction shortly.

I Finally finished my MEC passenger cars! The green stripe is a little off. Maybe I worked for Lionel in a past life. I searched for awhile for the MTH set they made back in the mid 2000's the names were not accurate. Thanks to Highball Graphics I got a set of waterslide decals that helped me do the job. And yes I realize Maine Central never had a vista dome, a full baggage and for that matter they didn't even have a streamline observation car. I guess you could call it my "what if" passenger set.

Maine O Gauge trains are among my favorites, particularly this Boston & Maine diesel (gorgeous livery IMO), which is an MTH Premier PS3 switcher running on DCS:
Notice also the boxcars from State of Maine railroads. Arnold

Pat,
I would be a buyer and would like for E-Z Catch Train Shop to sponsor some smaller MTH steam and diesel locomotives for New England Railroads such as Maine Central, Bangor & Aroostook, Boston & Maine, Boston & Albany, New Haven, and Providence & Worcester.

Melgar, here is my web store should you need anything else.
E-Z Catch, you're breaking my heart, I'm in Maine with a big layout, but only run TMCC. I do love that color scheme!

I bet she would look great on a siding or running conventional!
Ditto HiramO. I make the hobby simple by doing only TMCC yet having full functions. Just less product to choose from.
