In the June issue of Garden Railways magazine issue there is a DIY project right up your alley. Its entitled "Build Your Own Wireless DCC System". According to the author it costs about $20.00 to build. The end result is a throttle for junior operators. While in another scale, I thought it might interest you.

I have been following that one too (started last issue), interesting article. The 2 rail folks might like it too. They have some real good how to articles on electronic stuff in that magazine. Problem is they spread them out over multiple issues (and I'm not a subscriber). It would be neat if OGR could start doing some articles like that for us in O gauge.
Oh, no! I do electrical stuff all day at work. I try to avoid it when I get home. An article on scratch building a locomotive would be more to my liking . . . 
I will get the article, though, but I won't promise anything more than that . . .
