Have you ever seen a finer collection of pre-war trains?

You're welcome, Bob, and, Yes, I do!

Just before Covid I formed a small group of 4 close train friends to get together for lunch the first Wednesday of every month (frequently a layout visit afterwards) and to attend train shows, etc. together. We called ourselves LITCA (Long Island Train Collecting Aficionados).

By word of mouth we have now grown to 16, lunch attendance averages 12.

I like to think of myself as an aficionado....

Nice collection ...in the late 40's - 50's ..the various magazines would rarely ..but once in a great while have a photo of a TT layout ..one is pictured in Hertz's "Collecting Toy Trains"book

I've been gathering bits to put a small TT layout together ..
