Hi Alex, very nice work bench. You got me thinking when I saw your table saw parked under the bench. I have an radial arm saw but I have to keep it in the shed because of it's size and it is a little work to set up when I need to do large projects. I think I have a possible home for a roll away eight inch saw for smaller jobs.

As for the train room it's going to be great watching it grow. You have about ten feet more length then mien and a foot extra in width so I consider your room "Green Acres".

Have Fun!

Looking real good there, Alex.  FYI I'd go with LED tube lights over the fluorescents.  Money ahead in the long run.  Best thing I did for my garage!

I agree with the LEDs and there's another good reason.  FL's emit a good amount of UV which will cause train colors to fade.  FL's with trains underneath them should have UV filters installed.

Mario Radial arm saws are HUGE and HEAVY, i had one many years back and i sold it because like you said a lot to set up and move around. The portable 10 inch table saw works great.
