My friend and his wife live in one of the smaller homes that he built for his daughters. It is cute with a small pond in back of all the homes.
I contacted my realtor earlier this morning.
No Train Room?
His grand daughter says he never played with trains or Gilbert toys. He was not a hobbiest. Toy trains were his business. She said she only remembered one set of her trains that her brothers ever had. She was AC Gilbert Junior's daughter.
We want these guys to have loved Flyer trains. In fact they were really only interested in the money they made.

Nice place but one would need to have $2500.00 per month just to pay the taxes! But, the kind of buyer that will purchase this residence.....well.....the taxes are probably just chump change.
