Finally I got around to start adding some Landscaping to my Layout.
Built a Tunnel Portal and a hillside where track makes a curve. I used Celotex stacked up like a layer cake. Painted a earth color, then cover with sand held in place with a white glue / water mix. I built the portal as a stand alone structure - then installed it on to the layout.
I also added wood ties and ballast to the Lionel Tubular Track.
The track out of the portal goes into a curve where I have a Signal. I built a hillside by same method and added a retaining wall around the Signal.
