Our Chicago to Los Angeles train has one GGD Santa Fe heavyweight baggage car, one K-Line Santa Fe heavyweight baggage car, two GGD Pullman pool 12-1 sleepers, one Lionel Santa Fe dining car with sounds, two GGD Pullman pool 8-1-2 sleepers and one Williams Santa Fe heavyweight observation car. If a charter GGD PRR 8-1-2 is added at Chicago, what is the logical position for it to be placed? Thank you, John

lots of good info here ....I could help if you had the NYC’s transcontinental cars,...😉...

I could also make assumptions that might confuse you, I don't think the PRR had a transcontinental car on the Santa Fe, I know the NYC had an transcontinental Sleeper that came over on the 20th Century Limited, for the Santa Fe, the through PRR car's, would have been there Penn Texan through to Dallas, Texas via St.Louis, unless you can find something otherwise?
Thanks John

The ATSF had a Transcontinental Sleeper that traveled on the PRR Broadway Ltd. from the Super Chief. GGD is making a scale car and should be arriving by early January.
Hmmmm interesting?, Thanks for the heads up, I just hope it's correct?
