What do I need to change the MTH AeroTrain Proto 2 to TMCC. I know it would be boards from ERR but not sure which ones. Just bought it. Previous owner added a smoke unit, Flashing marker lights and possibly Ditch Lights. This is the only MTH I own besides 2 RTR sets from way back.

You can do this with a Cruise Commander plus any sound system you want.
I have one waiting in the wings that I'm going to upgrade to TMCC. I actually have two locomotives, so I'll have a PS/2 and a TMCC model for all occasions. Like Roy says, the Cruise Commander and the RailSounds Commander of your choice will do the job.
Depending on smoke unit added, you need a 5V regulator to get the smoke fan powered. The flashing lights and such may need to be modified. Ditch can work, but need to be LEDs not bulbs. G
George, he'll have to add something to control ditch lights. I have updated the code in the ERR Sound Converter to properly control ditch lights, so if he goes that route, I can update his ERR Sound Converter.
