I have three Legacy Diesel S Guage locomotives and would like to buy a dozen steam decoders for Northern and Hudson locomotives. Does anyone know where to get them?

Lionel will sell you the radio and motor driver boards but the only way to get audio boards would be to take them an existing Legacy engine or get Railsounds 4 boards from them or Electric RR.

I have a steam sound board taken from a Legacy Ten Wheeler. The chip is scrambled and needs to be replaced. Lionel will see you the chip that needs to be replaced. Let me know if your interested.
