I won't be able to make it this year - first time ever I think.   My son has a prominent role in his college's production of Shakespeare In Love and my wife and I will be away to attend the Friday through Sunday performances.

Wish I could come......my daughter is coming home to run in the Richmond Marathon....

I believe these pictures are from 2014.....wow!    That's the last time I have been able to make it.....gotta fix that now that I'm retired!

I am trying to get out to Allentown as it would be my second time attending, but I don't think I would get up early enough to make breakfast. I should be there for the early crowd.

I’d like to throw in a strong “tentative”. I expect to be there, but if the company needs me to make a run, I have to do it. I never know until Friday afternoon.

I'm not sure, but can't imagine not having one. Might be best to toss one in the coach.

I actually should have off that Friday so that I am not toast for Saturday. I just have to figure out travel time again John. See what happens.

Seriously though Michael, congratulations on becoming a dad with the birth of your son!  Way to get him introduced to the hobby nice and early!

Oh I’m sure he will be on my lap at least part of the time. We will probably go visiting other tables too!

Thanks! He is already a railfan at 11 months. This will be his third train show and he loves toy trains and watching train videos with me (in moderation of course)

Truth be told, it snuck up on me, too. The folks at The Ritz are very accommodating to us. Must be my boyish good looks.

Have a great time, everyone; I may have to make a road trip down for the Spring Thaw meet, especially since York is now, at best, an annual (April) event for me.

I got my ticket on Saturday when I was at the train store. I have Friday off so I should be bright eyed and bushy tailed for Saturday. I have to see what time I would need to get on the road for breakfast. It would be great to sit, eat and chat before going in.

My boss cleared me off the schedule for Saturday, so I will be there. I forgot to order my ticket in advance, so I will be looking for one of those.

I won't be able to make the Breakfast this year.  I'll be attending the show on Sunday.  Saturday is our travel day down from Maine and riding some trains that go fast and upside down.

I was hoping to get up there for breakfast but I'm looking at a 2 hour drive so that's not looking like it's in the cards but I am hoping to cross paths with a few of you guys while I'm there. I am looking forward to the show, I missed out on York and my train buying hand is getting itchy!

How is the weather looking now for Saturday? I know earlier in the week for here in NJ they were talking rain Friday and Saturday, now it is solely on Friday. Does this mean we should have a cool sunny Saturday morning with no rain at all?
