The time is fast approaching for the OGR Forum First Frost Breakfast in Allentown (PA). We are scheduled once again for Saturday, November 11th at The Ritz Barbeque Restaurant on the grounds of the Allentown Fairgrounds. (use 17th and Chew Sts in Allentown on your GPS).

The Ritz will open early for us at 7 a.m. While there are no reservations necessary it is helpful if you add your name below if you intend to join the guys, as well as the name or number of guests you might have join us. It helps The Ritz plan on staffing needs as this is an hour earlier than they normally open.

NOTE: Forumite extraordinaire TedsGG1 WILL HAVE the tix available at the breakfast.

Please copy this message, then add your name(s) to the list, and then post.

Thanks!

Remember folks, there is no 'final call' on the OGR Forum breakfast. It's an open and public diner, and a throwback to Happy Days days. If you can decide to join us at the last minute...that'll be great.

I completely forgot about this meet...but that's what battling covid for 32 days will do to you.

I'll be there! And yes...been covid free for 11 days.

Yes, John, I did and am sorry I missed you!  I was in the last booth by the back wall with Ben, Vinnie and John Mitchell but my back was facing everyone - you must have left before us - we didn't leave until 8 and it had pretty much cleared out.   I hope you had a good time!  I look forward to the next time you, Erol and myself hang out again.

Well, we might see you at Trainstock, I'm certainly hoping to make it this year barring things like blizzards.

It was very nice to meet everyone and have a good breakfast before the show

Just want to mention this - At the show, I noticed an older man with a 'Korean War Veteran' baseball hat on, making his way through the aisles

I imagine there can't be too many Korean war veterans still around, much less walking through train shows (on Veterans day, no less)

Much respect to him!

Yep, and he looked pretty good for someone that was in Korea in the early 50's!
