Is it scale?

Are you planning on doing any Chicago Northwestern waffle sided box cars? I hope so.

I went to their website and the ICG waffle-side boxcar is listed as "Premier;" but the RI same boxcar is not so identified.  However, I would bet money that both of these custom runs will be "Premier" which usually equates to scale.
