Happens occasionally. If you have the motor connected just use the control button to free it up. Otherwise disconnect the power or ground wire.

One note though - make sure your wiring is correct. I have had cases where I wired incorrectly and the motor wanted to stay in one position only. You can push on the pin - if you get resistance to movement there is a wiring issue. This is similar to the 'fluttering ' issue. If you have non-derail wired make sure the two outside rails of the isolated track are not shorted somehow.
