Yes, it works now, thanks. Before using that link you went to their  opening page but that was as far as you could go.  They must have some problems because still when I click on the banner on org it says page not found. I imagine business is slow this time of year ,but is even slower when customers can not access their website.

 Its a new website, cut them some slack. Ro is one of the best in the buisness.

Worst case you could always pick up the phone the old fashioned way. I'm sure they would be willing to help.

Of course I could call,but I had hoped to look at a number of things. Charles Ro has always been good to deal with. Average customer does not know it is a new website like some do.  Today having  your website not working is like the store's front door is locked.

Or, maybe that's just the way they get caught up when they are overwhelmed with orders?
