the last few days I get "page not found, or access forbidden" from his apache server

I placed an order earlier this week and noticed that they'd updated their on-line store.
I'm guessing that maybe you'd saved a link to the old store and that's the problem.
Visit their home page at http://www.charlesro.com/ and follow the links from there.

I got that message when I tried to click on an ad in the Google search results. I was able to get to the site by entering charlesro.com in the address bar of my browser. The Google search link to the main page (the one that is not an ad) also seems to work.
Try Charlesro-com.3dcartstores.com
or google charles ro-com
In each case there is a dash between charlesro and com
Thanks for the replys, tried the ideas, but not working yet. I blame the Russians!
FWIW, TX Steven's link above works fine here.

Yes, it works now, thanks. Before using that link you went to their opening page but that was as far as you could go. They must have some problems because still when I click on the banner on org it says page not found. I imagine business is slow this time of year ,but is even slower when customers can not access their website.

Its a new website, cut them some slack. Ro is one of the best in the buisness.
Worst case you could always pick up the phone the old fashioned way. I'm sure they would be willing to help.

Of course I could call, but I had hoped to look at a number of things. Charles Ro has always been good to deal with. Average customer does not know it is a new website like some do. Today having your website not working is like the store's front door is locked.

Or, maybe that's just the way they get caught up when they are overwhelmed with orders?
Glad you got back in and it's better now.
