Sure, they are out there.
Railtech Northwest produced a small number of steeple cabs with the Pacific Electric name.
McCoy actually lettered a lot of their items for the Pacific Northwest Electric RR, like the #1965 4-4-4 loco. This was cataloged in both red and blue.
And the McCoy Interurban #513 and #514 trailer (not shown)
Hope this helps a little. They are out there, just gotta look a little harder.
