Have any of you used or are familiar with a program called Fort-Knox Model Railroading Appraising System available from Schrader Enterprises?
Retails for $29.95 and blurb in catalog for it sounds interesting but would like hearing from anyone with hands-on experience using it.

The Schrader catalog describes this software program as "specially designed to keep records of your equipment and its value . . . you will be able to forecast its appreciation, keep a complete inventory and provide vital data about its value! There is no such concept in the industry like this progran!"
This almost sounds too good to be true, so do you or anyone you know of have experience with it. For thirty bucks would you give it a thubs up or a thumbs down?

Sent you a link to my skydrive where I placed the Fort Knox software. It will give you a ten day trial. I am testing Hobby Time, a different version that they offer.
