Hello, I'm starting to get ready to build my layout, not my dream layout but a layout for now! Anyways, I have the room I'm putting it in but before I get started I need a track plan. I would design it, but I'm 17 and between school work and A.C.T. Prep I don't have time! Im going to be getting Mianne Benchwork but I want to have a track-plan before i order! I have the dimensions of the room; its smaller with odd dimensions but big enough for a layout. If interested respond to me on here or email me @daviddurbin21@gmail.com. My parents and I are willing to pay you! Thank you -David

Hi David,
May I suggest posting this on the Track Plans and Layout Design forum and include the following:
- Size available for your platform
- Layout wants - ie, single-level or multi-level, etc
You may very well be fortunate to have a fellow forumite create one for you pro-bono.

I use SCARM free software for all my designs. You need to specify the track manufacturer name and model number along with track radius used.
SCARM is freeware.

Thank you; didn't see the small print in the right hand corner of your original post.
I like his a lot but only have a 20 long by 10' wide area.
Where can I save 2' on the width and would like to use at least 072 curves if possible. The open area with the smaller curve which now appears in the top right area of the picture would have to be in the lower left had corner of the room. That is the way I could gain access to the layout.
can anyone take a shot at the redraw?
Thank you
Very nice; especially with the one open end. Any chance that you would have the dimensions?
12x12
Using RR-Track software I was able to squeeze it into a 10x10 space by modifying track..
Thank you have a 20' long by 10' wide room with entry about 7' on the bottom left hand side of the room only. What size curves did you use for the 10' by 10' conversion?
Thank you!
