Anyone know about the "Santa Fe "All the Way" set?

I was in a LHS today and the guy behind the counter was telling me about the Santa Fe "All The Way" set (7-11192) that was in the most recent Lionel catalog. He said when he tried to order it he was told that none were available. Apparently JC Penny had grabbed them all up

Anyway, I was wondering has anyone heard anything about this set?
