It's the golden pipes of Rich Melvin.....which is an exponential improvement over the heavy New York City or Boston accent that was used in way too many locos.....IMHO.

The Eastern accents are particularly entertaining when incorporated with Western liveries.

NYC or Boston & Albany, etc....I get it.  West of the Mississippi?  No thanks.  I'd rather listen to Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite......
