I have been looking for a specific locomotive for awhile now, and finally found one for a reasonable price at Atlantic Rails "atlanticrails.com".

I am not familiar with this dealer, so I thought I would ask, here, if anyone has ever dealt with them, and if so, what your impression of them might be.

I thank you in advance for any information at all on this Dealer,
Roger

Buy from forum sponsors!

Mybe the poster already checked them out and since he said he'd been looking for a specific locomotive for a while and since forum sponsors are generally large  it's possible that none of them had the loco he wanted in stock so he had no choice but to defer to other lesser known sources.

Dear Roger,

I have been dealing with Bob for many years and have no problems. He is one of our last small mom and pop stores in South Jersey.

He also was kind enough to donate a Thomas the Tank Lionel set to my Cherry Valley club a few years ago to give away during our annual Holiday Open House.

Thanks so much John.
This is good news.
Now I am off to, finally, buy my very own Christmas present.
Thanks again,
Roger

Boy the term "You Snooze, You Loose" really came into play on this one.
I went ahead and ordered the locomotive first thing this morning, but then a couple of hours later, Bob called me to let me know that someone had come it early this morning to purchase it in the store.
He told me that he had this one for sale for several months, but after searching for several months, I only stumbled on it two days ago.
What are the odds?
If I had purchased it yesterday, or even early this morning, it would have been mine.
Oh well, it just was not to be.
So the search for an MTH - Rail King / Amtrac Geneses / Phase 4 Pint / PS-3 continues.
