I found this in a box of stuff, trying to identify it.  Not sure exactly what it's for, it has a signal light, and lots of relays.  Looks to be perhaps a switch controller?  No company ID, and I've never seen this board before.  It has a Microchip PIC possessor on the board, so there is some "smarts" for it's function.

@GRJ

This is (as previously mentioned) an Atlas non-derail board.

A new and much improved version has been designed, prototypes assembled and tested, and will appear as the Switch Accessory Module.

Yep, that's the Atlas #6924 non-derailing board.  The dwarf signal is a #6931 (also came as the #6935 4-pack), which came with a different control board.  However, the signal can be plugged into the 3-pin header in the upper left of the 6924 board in John's photo.  IIRC, the wires from the dwarf signal have to be re-arranged in the plug to match the 6924 board.  It appears this has already been done to the signal in the photo.  Here's a link to the 6924 Instructions PDF, and 6931 Instructions PDF.

Thanks guys, I was curious.  I figured it was some sort of control board for switches, but the multitude of relays seemed overkill for a non-derailing board.  I'll have to look at the instructions just to see why they needed all those parts.

@GRJ

The two smaller relays operate momentarily to throw the switch machine.  The larger relay operates in a set/reset mode to power frogs or rails in a double crossover or in a DC/DCC mode for HO.
