Aristo G gauge conversion

Looks and sounds great. Do you think you could install TMCC in one of those Dash 9's?

 Frank, I bet it would be easier as you don't need a flywheel (tach strip).

I saw somewhere about 6 months ago that Aristo Craft was going to offer their Dash 9 in the NS Heritage color schemes. Have you read or heard about this offering?

 Yes Frank, I heard they are coming.

G, that light board was from the next engine, a LGB Genesis. I still don't have all the lighting functions hooked up.

 I should have added that one of the main reasons I chose MTH and their system, was the ability to match an engine to the proper sound file downloaded for free. I believe I could only get generic TMCC ones at that time. I'm not sure if that has changed?

 Are there exact (or at least close) TMCC sound files for each engine available to guys like me in the aftermarket installs??

You are correct Joe, for upgrades the DCS upgrade offers a much richer choice of sound files.  TMCC is very limited, it's unfortunate that we can't get Legacy quality sounds for TMCC upgrades, that would make a large difference for the upgrade market.
