I have a couple of Atlas GP-35s that have the electro couplers. I want to swap those to Kadee...I googled and searched here, but can't seem to find any info on which Kadee to use and what the process is for this swap. Any info to help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would contact Kadee directly. They have a link to ask a question. Or contact the local O Scale club.
The "direct" fit is the atlas scale coupler. You may need a spacer to get the height right. There is a pilot insert on "that 3D printing site", but the height of that probably assumes you fix the pilot to the frame.
A kadee will fit if you use 2mm screws, the back screw needs to be run in at a slight angle to get it to bite in the hole.
Thanks for the replies. I saw this when I was searching from shapeways.

However it says it is for 3 rail, so wasn't sure about it on the 2 rail loco? If there was a different one you were talking about @Boilermaker1 can you link it?
I also emailed Atlas. So hopefully they will give some insight as well.
Thanks
So that's my fault not looking at what forum I'm in. If its the Atlas TMCC 2 rail model with the electrocoupler, then it would probably just accept a standard atlas 2 rail coupler and box without work. You could try the SW insert, and it probably would work with either rail count, since the kadee height is standardized from the rail head (there is a pilot spacer associated with the insert to get the pilot height correct when you fix it). Since the lid of an atlas box is a bit thicker than the lid of a kadee box, you may need to put a shim inbetween the pilot and a kadee box, but a little experimenting would probably get it.
