i would like to remove those big ugly switch motor on my atlas switches...just wondering what other switch motors will work ,without too much hassle. Thanks

I mounted the switch machine under the layout. I had put how to do it here on the forum several years ago. Another advantage to doing this is you can mount the machine in any direction so by mounting it perpendicular to the edge of the layout I attached a piano wire to the manual post on the machine and then the wire thru a hole in the layout fascia with a small knob on the end for manual op if so desired.
