Attaching video to a post

I have an mp4 that I would like to put in a post but cannot figure out how to do it. I don't have a Youtube acct. John

If the video is less than 100mb, you can click on the Add Attachments link and upload and insert it directly. If it's over 100mb in size, you have to host it somewhere on the Internet and link to it.

Here's an example of inserting a short video directly.
