Sad if you read comments, it appears the owner died in a MR accident. I wonder what happened? I guess I should feel lucky my G scale trains are not big enough to kill me.

It sounds like a decent price. My buddy lives in Orange County CA and what you get for 12M is a lot less. For trains, structures and land.....not bad. But yes.....when I win the loto I'll offer 10m to start.
SAD - young fellow - he probably should have stayed off that bike and run those trains instead. 😐
