Send it in under the lifetime warranty.
Check continuity between the pins on the board for the rear and front motors on the board. I though they were connected via a trace.
I would test continuity of the harness between the board and rear motor. May have a broken wire. G
GGG is on to something. The Williams reverse units normally parallel the motors, if one isn't working, it's not likely to be a failure of the reverse board. I'd be checking the continuity as suggested.
Just swap the plugs at the board and see what happens.

+1. Likely a pin has been pushed back in the connector. A simple fix is to just to connect to motor wires together. Blue to blue. yellow to yellow. Do one at a time to determine which connection is bad or you might even be able to see if one of the pins on the wire end is not seated.
