need a spray paint close to B&O blue. looking at some other forums, Navy blue is said to be close, but in this Krylon chart looks very dark. this is for a 1:8 scale car, so i'm going to need something a lot larger than a small Floquil jar, etc.

My opinion....51901 Regal Blue would work.....
ok... it's a dark blue for sure then, thanks. some diesels i've seen seem to have a hint of grey in their blue shade, but that might just be some weathering when i think about it. the car will be far from prototypical (basically a frame to transport a smaller gauge B&O locomotive), but i'd like to simulate some "what-if" cosmetic details.

C&O/B&O Enchantment Blue is a good match. I used PolyScale on my N&W Pevler/Pevlar Blue RS3, but Trucolor also makes it (not sure of the match though):

I agree with another poster, regal blue looks to be the closest match from the chart provided.
