Cab 3 app throttle jumps up and down

I looked over a lot of posts on the Cab 3 app and didn't see this one noted.

I have the latest Cab 3 app installed on my Samsung 10" Tablet . The throttle seems erratic. It doesn't seem to respond well and with the loco running at a constant speed the throttle jumps up and down on the screen. Swiping is improved to change screens on the latest version of the app, but the throttle issue (which is more important) is the same.

Anyone else seen this and have a solution?
